Question of the week!

Music is neat. You all seem to agree. That’s neat too. I was pretty annoying this week, I took it upon myself to census our musical tastes (for the good of the republic) but in doing so, I managed to annoy a good number of you. To those people, from the bottom of my heart: you’re no fun at all. I’m sorry you didn’t want to share your music with the world, Kennith.

In all seriousness, I got a really cool spread of genres from all of you guys. I went through and listened to everything to make sure I wasn’t just talking out of my butt. I’m not sure how many of them I would give my cosign, but I don’t matter. Who am I anyway? Just some website. The songs with no names listed under them were given by anonymous sources. Take note. This is the safest decision, honestly. Russian spies could be reading this online newspaper, desperately trying to get their hands on the music tastes of undergraduates attending UBCO. I salute you, patriots.

This isn’t going to be a very in-depth article. I just thought it would be kind of cool to see what sorts of things other people are listening to when they have their earbuds in, and this was the only way I could think to do it without getting campus security called on me. I’d recommend you all check these songs out though. I'm not sure how many I'd put on my daily playlist, but they’re all fun songs from unique artists that I’d bet my bottom dollar you probably won’t completely hate.

That’s it, that’s everyone I got. I think the most interesting thing I learned while reading up for this week’s article is that Bet On It is officially considered hip-hop/rap. Zac Efron can be your favourite rapper - who’d have thunk.

Thank you all for your help once again, and I’ll be awkwardly wandering around the school asking you all some questions again this week. Study hard you guys, I hope midterms go well.
